Soundproof booth with 2000 horsepower

SOUNDPROOFED engine cabin including air extraction / supply and exhaust GAS extraction
Being a test room for internal combustion engines up to 1500 kW (2000 HP), we will proceed as follows. In the evaluation we propose, we have also included silencers that will be placed on the air intake and extraction ducts 
to prevent noise from escaping from the test room

  • EXTERNAL AIR INTAKE (renewal air), complete with rain cover and bird screen.

  • N. 02 STRAIGHT Absorptive Silencer, flanged, (INTAKE) made with rot-proof fiber partitions 
  • AIR INTAKE/SUPPLY duct
  • EXHAUST GAS EXTRACTION 
  • EXHAUST FAN - mod. EU 712/4
  • Exhaust gas intake duct in AISI 304
  • N. 02 - MOBILE intake terminals Ø 350 mm
  • Treated air emission CHIMNEY

TECHNICAL NOTE 
Inside the test room on the ceiling, a complete steel pipe with gates will be installed to which high-temperature flexible piping will be attached 

SOUNDPROOF CABIN for test bench, for indoor use
Supporting structure composed of columns in HEA profiles; beams in IPE profiles, diagonal bracing beams and plates, prepared for on-site assembly using galvanized steel bolts.
Considering the expected insulation of the walls, the wall and roof cladding will be of the single-wall type composed as follows:

  • External cladding in 100mm thick soundproofing sandwich panels composed of two sheets of galvanized and pre-painted sheet metal with high-density rock wool in between. The panels will be modular with a height equal to that of the cabin, for the walls the joint between one panel and the other will be sealed 
  • n. 1 double-leaf entrance door. Dimension mm 1500+1500 x h 2400 with 40 dB attenuation 
  • n. 1 window of size mm 1500 x h = 800 with shatterproof soundproof glass (RW greater than 40 dB).
  • Upper opening complete with servo control for overhead crane entry.

 INSTRUMENTAL TESTING of the systems with suitable instruments.
 Technical documentation for use and maintenance .
