SW Nikor-Alacer 16-32c

The acquisition software NIKOR-ALACER 16-32c for displaying data from various TECNO EL interfaces can be installed on PCs running Windows XP Professional SP3, Windows 7, or Windows 10 (not compatible with Vista or Windows 8, 8.1, or 9).

The NIKOR-ALACER 16-32c software provided with the acquisition system has the following features:

  • Load cell acquisition via microGICO
  • RPM acquisition via microGICO
  • Calculation of real and corrected power
  • Management of alarms set by the PC on all acquired parameters with hardware outputs for primary and secondary alarms
  • Management of alarms coming from external sources
  • Setting of measurement units for RPM, torque, and power
  • Setting of mechanical correction coefficient
  • Setting of load cell full scale
  • Prepared for the acquisition of 32 channels including:   - Type K temperatures (0 to 1000 °C)   - Pressures: full scale 1.0 Bar, 4.0 Bar, 10 Bar (expandable up to 6)   - Ambient temperature, atmospheric pressure, and relative humidity
  • Acquisition of data from the most well-known LAMBDA probe reading systems and setting of the characterization curve for the same
  • Automatic cycle management
  • Setting of alarms and pre-alarms for minimum and maximum levels
  • Data visualization via PC with the option to display only acquired data or also the stored torque and power curve
  • Preview option with a screen displaying a customized table of acquired and stored data
  • Calculation of atmospheric correction coefficient (DIN, IGM, ECE)
  • Manual storage of working points
  • Prepared for the creation of TXT files manageable by "CAPTURE 2020" software.
