ELECTRONIC OVERHAULING/REPAIRING SERVICE

The electronical equipment has a key role in the functioning of an engine test bench. In this case as well, an accurate and scheduled maintenance is necessary in order to keep it to full efficency and expenses ottimisation.

Our electronical and electrotechnical workshop is set up to make every kind of maintenance on every kind of electronical equipment for engine test rooms, from power supplies to electrical panels, from mechanical consumes measuring systems to software for the saving of the test data. Even old equipment can be brought to the original efficency level thanks to our highly qualified personnel able to source even components no longer sold.

When electronical equipment gets to our workshop the following procedure takes place:

  • Overall condition check with particular attention to possible damage occurred in transit
  • Visual fucntion and anomaly check under voltage 
  • Opening and internal conditions check before undergoing maintenance, with particular attention to worn or damaged componentsdue to electrical phenomenon that need to be replaced
  • Technical report writing about the critical points and anomalies found during the electronical checks
  • Restoration and swapping of worn or damaged components to bring the equipment to the original efficency levels
  • Function check after undergoing maintenance
  • Final "BURN IN" 48/72h test depending on the type of equipment aimed to prove its correct functioning and resistance
  • Final report writing and issue of the conformity certificate
  • Packaging and shipment of the mantained electrical/electronical equipment
