BASE Temperature Control System

BASE Engine Water Temperature Control System
This temperature control system is designed for all engines up to 350 HP that do not have a high-pressure cooling system: > 3 BAR. The
temperature control is executed via the flow of fresh water that will refill the engine water tank. The refilling of the tank to maintain the temperature within the set values will be done through a solenoid valve managed by a temperature controller.

The system consists of:

  • Support frame for the tank
  • Engine water containment tank with 20-25 liters capacity
  • Minimum level float
  • Maximum level float
  • Temperature probe for water in the tank
  • Refill solenoid valve
  • Electrical connection box mounted on the frame
  • Water inlet and outlet valves for the engine, complete with hose, to be installed on the test bench
  • Electronic temperature control device to be housed on the control console
