Brazed Plate Water-Oil Heat Exchanger

Engine coolant temperature control system.
This temperature control system manages the engine oil temperature with a reactivity of a few seconds to maintain the set temperature on the
control instrument and consists of:

  • A brazed plate water-oil heat exchanger appropriately sized to dissipate the engine oil heat and keep it under control with an accuracy of 1°C
  • A 3-way mixing valve that will manage the cooling water of the exchanger with a stroke of 20 mm
  • A low voltage motorization that will accompany the mixing valve with a reaction time from fully closed to fully open of about 20 s
  • PT100 sensor complete with connection box that will be placed on the oil return circuit from the engine
  • Electronic temperature control instrument
