AV 0002 - 600HP TEST ROOM FOR INDUSTRIAL ENGINES
The equipment we offer is part of a testing room that was used for industrial engines with power up to 600 HP.
The previous owner used it only for a small batch of industrial engines.
It consists of:
- Refurbished, upgraded, and updated FE600S eddy current brake from Borghi and Saveri in 2018, which can brake up to 600 to 650 HP and a maximum speed of 4,500 RPM.
- Motor and brake support base complete with anti-vibration feet.
- 4 motor support feet for testing.
- Various air-cooled heat exchangers for managing the engine under test.
- 5,000-liter water cooling tank for the test bench.
- Electric water circulation pump for the test bench cooling water, complete with a filter.
- Metal structure for housing electronic instruments.
- Control console for starting and managing CURSOR engines.
- A03 power supply for braking control.
- Complete microGICO data acquisition system with software.
- PC + monitor + keyboard and mouse for data visualization and test bench management.
- Electrical/electronic wiring, 10 meters long, inserted in protective sheath.
- Various hydraulic pipes with dial gauges for pressure control in the line.
